Had a 90min massage with Mary. She used different techniques throughout the massage and was able to go deep into the muscle tissue to work out knots and the tight areas. She checked frequently throughout the massage to ensure I was good. Clean quiet area and will most certainly repeat.

I've had numerous Massage and Osteopath therapists over the last 20 years. Mary is very educated and I felt she listened when I was explaining my troubled areas. She used a mix of gentle and forceful techniques. She was aware on how my body responded during the treatment and provided feedback based on what she was feeling and how I could perform simple techniques at home to improve normal function and stability. Very professional and knowledgable. She is friendly and very pleasant to have a conversation with. I only wish I found Mary a long time ago. You will not be disappointed!
